Urban Design
We specialise in the design of complex urban sites with multiple constraints. We are experts at mixed-use developments of all sizes, taking pride in maintaining a human scale at the heart of even the biggest of regeneration projects.
Placemaking is at the heart of everything we do. Our design approach responds to the built heritage and context of each site by considering established routes, thoroughfares and street patterns, plus the scale and proportion of the existing vernacular. As the crucial interface between the building’s designers and those who will use it every day, our interior design team is focused on creating modern, elegant spaces that inspire at every level.
We provide a rounded and effective design and delivery service from concept through to completion. We lead and manage the design team through all stages of the project including concept design, tender information, production information, delivery, quality control, construction and installation.
Our design philosophy is carried through all aspects of interior design including the forming of concepts, creation of imaginative interior spaces, the compilation of finishes palettes and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E).
Wayfinding
It is the glue that binds people to place. It is about making spaces understandable and easy to use. It is about understanding how people navigate unfamiliar spaces but it is so much more than signage.
Our ultimate role is to connect all the elements of the built environment with its users so they can make the most of their journey and in turn create a return on investment for our clients.
We challenge assumptions by questioning how people use and perceive spaces, services and brands, and go beyond meeting people's needs to create the best possible experience of a space - be it a city centre, an airport, a museum or a shopping mall.
