CREATE Planning is delighted to announce that they have supported Trent Energy Ltd to gain planning consent for a new plant that converts waste cooking oil to bio-diesel. The plant is located in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Not only is this project a fantastic source of ‘green’ fuel but the scheme includes micro energy generation and the use of waste heat from the manufacturing process to heat the plant buildings making it super low carbon. We applaud the Trent team for their vision and are delighted that we could support them in delivering this project.

We have received today planning permission for the demolition of existing industrial units and the erection of 25 new commercial buildings (Use Class E) in 4 separate blocks, incorporating sustainable features and flexible modules thus allowing single to multiple occupancies. The site is located directly next to the Grade II* registered parks and Tregrehan Gardens, Cornwall.
