CREATE at Allsop Football Charity Festival 12.06.19

Having battled through a couple of unlucky group games where we could have nicked a point or two, our high point came in the third game where Karim (our golden boot winner) scored a last gasp winner to send us through to the quarter finals. Unfortunately, we met our match in the quarters and lost to the eventual winners. Nevertheless, really well done to everybody who played; it was a great afternoon with lots of networking, even more beers and a little football too. CREATE Planning win the appeal for a high-end project in Carlyon Bay 05.04.19

CREATE Planning are delighted to have won a recent appeal for the erection of five high-end apartments within the prestigious settlement of Carlyon Bay. CREATE successfully argued that, despite concerns, no undue harm would occur on the existing neighbouring properties and that the development would make a positive contribution to the street scene. Of note is the fact that the Inspector ruled that exceeding a Five Year Housing Land Supply is not a reasonable reason to refuse an application when it accords with the Development Plan for an area. A common tactic used by those wishing to see a development proposal refused.
