CREATE makes PLANNING HISTORY 27.10.16
On 13 October 2016 CREATE received a High Court Judgment Quashing the Henfield Neighbourhood Plan. CREATE were part of the team that gained an allocation for a site location in Henfield allocated under a SHLAA in 2014 but it was subsequently excluded from the Neighbourhood Plan in 2016.
The site is subject to an appeal which hinges on the allocation in the Neighbourhood Plan. The Neighbourhood Plan was quashed in the High Court as The Hon. Mrs Justice Patterson DBE agreed with the case that Neighbourhood Plans need to be evidence-based. This is the first successful appeal against a Neighbourhood Plan in the UK. It will serve as a benchmark in ensuring such plans meet a high quality threshold and is victory for good design.

1500 dwellings under permitted development 08.06.2016
Create have gained planning approval for over 1500 dwellings by change of use under permitted development in the last 3 years. More than 800 of these dwellings have been completed or are under construction.
Southbury House is almost complete 19.05.2016
Southbury House is an office-to-residential conversion for 124 dwellings. The project included re-cladding the entire building and it is almost finished, completed photographs to follow soon.
