Kingsman’s Point - Under Construction - 1.10.22
Create is delivering a unique development of Corten-clad homes; now under construction. They are located in an amazing ecologically diverse setting next to Brandy Hole Yacht Club on the River Crouch.
The low-carbon smart homes have been designed to work with this environment, raised on piloti they are elevated to allow the natural landscape habitat to flow in and around the buildings.

Create Design is delighted to announce that the planning committee at the London Borough of Wandsworth unanimously approved our proposal to erect 17 flats on the site of the former British Lion Pub.
The site is located in the Vauxhall, Nine Elms, Battersea Opportunity Area and on a prominent corner to the entrance of the unique Carey Gardens housing estate.
The approved design, whilst undoubtedly contemporary in its character, responds to the appearance of the surrounding developments through the strong horizontal emphasis and complementary material palette.
The planner’s officers stated that, through its high-quality design and architectural treatment, would contribute positively to the character and appearance of the street scene and area generally.

Create has gained planning consent for the conversion of a Grade II listed disused office building to become 14 highly sustainable residential apartments. The building started life as The Carriage house where horse-drawn carriages were made, the Victorian steel and masonry details still existing. With some careful restoration, we are bringing this wonderful building back to life including restoring the front façade to its former glory.
