CDM & BSA - Principal Designer

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a qualified Principal Designer to join our growing team in our London Office, SE1 9HH. Full or Part Time Role.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS:

  • Professionally Qualified

  • Experience in delivering CDM Principal Design Services (CDM 2015 Regulations) in a wide range of project types

  • Experience in developing BSA 2022 compliant projects, both above and below 18m in height

  • Job winning ability

  • Good understanding of consultancy contracts

  • Report writing skills, and ability to assemble PCI packs, plus practical site inspection experience

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Ability to use ArchiCAD and/or Revit ideally

  • Ability to work effectively in a team, managing fellow consultants and client inputs where required

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of UK Building Regulations

  • Friendly and personable
