This beautiful site was dominated by both the river and the architecturally eclectic context of Chiswick Mall in which it sat.

Maximising the use of abundant daylight was central to the design. Rainwater harvesting, air source heat pumps and super insulation made for luxury, conscience-free homes.

Constraints such as a restricted rear aspect were turned into assets through the use of the sycamore leaf rear window. The light was maximised at every opportunity including full-height glazing in the central staircase and hall.
