This project comprises the extension in two elements of an existing student housing facility. The project provides around 70 additional student rooms arranged in clusters around shared facilities.

The project comprises both an upward extension of existing buildings and a new build building. Improvements to the wider site include improved access for those users with limited mobility, improved security, landscape and amenity space provision and design that will achieve BREEAM Excellent.
