Located in the Borough of Sutton, Victoria House is the largest new building in the borough outside of the town centre. It is a mixed-use development containing 6 retail units, private and affordable residential apartments, a lands capital podium and public amenity space.

The area is characterised by Art Deco architecture and hence the proposal is a re-interpretation of this style, therefore has art deco and modernist antecedents.

The proposal is a highly sustainable scheme. The commercial elements of the scheme will achieve BREEAM Excellent and the residential parts were designed to meet Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
