Studio office space for Workspace Group. This scheme was a cut and carve of an unattractive collection of buildings which formerly housed the Marmite factory.

The development included the creation of two new offices around a courtyard and the refurbishment of a number of existing buildings.

The refurbished building is low energy and was designed to achieve BREEAM.
