This hotel scheme looks to restore the White Hart site and its Grade ll listed public house, bringing life back into the well-known local amenity asset. A 160-bed hotel is proposed along with a café, restaurant, bar, gym and conference room.

Strong emphasis has been placed on the placemaking treatment of the site, creating an improved public realm through a pedestrian friendly environment which will benefit from 24 hour CCTV. Secured new pedestrians links are proposed through the site.
