Wandsworth Business Village

Wandsworth Business Village forms a new quarter just to the south of the town centre The development includes a new town square and two new pedestrian routes connecting the high street to King Georges Park. Commercial office, retail and residential components make up the scheme of eight buildings.

 Both the massing and the architectural language were split into two components contextual and object. The contextual elements utilising brick, lead and copper materials form the contextual link to the surroundings. The object buildings, with a different architectural language and materials, are markers for the new quarter.

Three of the new buildings are offices and provide just under 100,000ft of space.
