The new standard in the construction BIM fosters a more collaborative approach than the traditional workflows with all stakeholders sharing and working with coordinated intelligent information.  A process we streamline by creating an individual BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in response to the Client’s Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).  Ensuring our design standards and protocols comply with the latest standards every step along the way.

With our increased use of BIM processes and tools (Revit, BIMx and ArchiCAD), we are seeing a more collaborative approach both internally and externally with communication, accuracy and transparency vastly improved within the design team.
