The existing site was previously an office building with permission for 115 residential dwellings under permitted development.

The building required substantial upgrading to make it suitable for residential occupation. We have gained permission to renew the rain-screen cladding and windows with a modern design that is in keeping with the local area.

We have also built a small in-fill extension that will contain 9 additional dwellings, each with its own balcony.
